About Burnt Finger Beadworks
Burnt Finger Beadworks
was created by Dalayce Nichiporik in 2003,
shortly after a first class in lampwork bead making turned into a
full-time passion.
Aptly named by my husband Kevin who couldn't understand how something
that I tended to injure myself with in the early days could have such a
draw for me.
Thanks to the great support and encouragement from friends and family,
Burnt Finger Beadworks has grown from a hobby into a fledgling business
and continues to expand and grow with each year.
I am currently on sabbatical from
a career as an automation and controls engineer
to focus full-time on beadmaking.
And no, I don't burn my fingers nearly as much as I used to. : )
